DISCORD BOT · SETUP

Connect the right account in the right order.

Owners and Admins link their own manager account. Normal members only link to the existing Tribe Workspace.

OWNER · FIRST SERVER SETUP

Create the connection

1

Sign in and create your Tribe Workspace

Open the Full Planner, choose a nickname and create the Workspace that will hold your projects and roster.

2

Open the Discord Bot panel

Use the Bot button in the Planner, invite the Bot to your Discord server and generate a fresh link code.

3

Run /link and then /setup

Enter your personal code with /link. In the Tribe channel, run /setup to connect that server and channel to the Workspace.

4

Verify with /tekquota

The dashboard should show the correct Workspace and your role as OWNER. Publish a small test project and check it with /tasks.

ADD AN ADMIN

Each Admin links their own account

Promoting a Discord role alone does not replace the personal TekQuota link.

1

Promote in the Planner

The Owner changes the Workspace member role to Admin.

2

Relink after a role change

The Admin runs /unlink, signs into their own account, generates a new code and runs /link again.

NORMAL MEMBER

One short link flow

Members never need Admin permissions and do not consume manager capacity.

1

Receive a Workspace link code

Use the invitation/link flow provided by the Tribe Owner.

2

Run /link, then /tasks

After linking, members can view assigned work, submit progress and use activity commands directly in Discord.

Setup complete?

Use the command overview as the permanent reference for managers and members.
