1Sign inCreate or open the Owner/Admin account that will manage the Tribe project.
2Choose your roleThis only changes the guide. It never grants permissions.
3Create or join a WorkspaceThe Workspace connects the web project, managers and free Discord members.
4Start the first projectName it and add at least one item. Crafting and Farming costs update instantly and the project saves automatically.
5Connect Discord · OptionalAdd the Bot, generate a code, run /link, then /setup in the Tribe channel.
6Invite the TribeInvite Web managers or members. Discord-only members remain free and appear after they use /link.
Keep these separate: Project progress and the activity leaderboard are separate. A Project is one build and uses /tasks. A Quota is a weekly target. /log records general Farming, Breeding or Building activity for quotas and leaderboards and never completes a project task.
